Call Transferring |
You can transfer calls to other extensions and announce the party, or just transfer unannounced.
You can also transfer a call to a mailbox.
- Announced Transfer
- While talking on an outside line, press Flash.
- Dial a station extension number.
- When the called party answers, announce the call and hang up.
- Unannounced Transfer
- While talking on an outside line, press Flash.
- Dial a station extension number.
- When you hear the ring-through, just hang up.
- Transfer to a Mailbox
- While talking on an outside line, press Flash.
- Dial mailbox number. You will not hear anything. Just hang up.
- Other party will hear the entire mailbox greeting once you hang up.
Pressing Flash in the above steps will place the other party on hold until you complete the transfer.
They will hear Music-On-Hold if you have attached a music source to the Voice Pro.
Mailboxes are dialed as three digits, by dialing "3" followed by the two-digit extension number.
