Call Forwarding |
The VoicePro is not limited to transferring your calls within your office. You can also program any extension to forward calls to your cell phone or to any other telephone number anywhere.
You can specify which forwarding method to use based on your preference and depending on which method is available to you from your phone company,
There are four ways the VoicePro can forward calls...
- Forward on second line (supervised transfer). This will actually tie up two lines. You can decide if you want to accept the call or send to Voice Mail. The caller will never hear your personal greeting on your cell phone or home answering machine.
- Forward on second line (blind transfer). Same as above except it connects when answered. The caller will hear your OGM if you don't answer.
- Three-way-calling on single line. This only ties up one line because the VoicePro stays on the line so the parties remain connected.
- Using Centrex or Plexar®. These phone company features allow the VoicePro to do a Hook-flash, Transfer and Release to free up the line for more calls.
