The VoicePro is also an Automated Attendant that you can customize to automatically guide your callers just as your receptionist would do. It will assist your callers with information about your company and it can route their calls 24 hours a day by dialing extensions or by choosing menu options as in the example below.
You can record and create different company greetings for Day, Night and Weekend. It's easy to set up the menu system to assist your callers or let them direct dial any extension.
Each extension has its own voice mail with its own personal greeting that will take messages when there is no answer. Each extension can also be set to transfer callers to a cell phone or to any other number if busy or ring-no-answer.
