NARRATIVE

Salesforce Tower (formerly Transbay Tower) is the signature office tower of the planned Transbay Development District in downtown San Francisco. The tallest building allowed in San Francisco by zoning, this tower will forever be very prominent on the city’s skyline.

Sustainability was a key consideration in the building’s design with a focus on energy, water, and site selection, with standards as high as the building, which rises to 1,070 feet. The project is being designed as a 63-story above grade, 3-story below grade building of approximately 1.6 million gross square feet.
