The highly anticipated Golden State Warriors Area Complex is a new multi-purpose facility for the Golden State Warriors and ancillary development on 12 acres of land referred to as Block 29 – 32 in Mission Bay, San Francisco. The Complex consists of an arena with approximately 18,000 seats, 2 office towers with ground floor retail, a Gatehouse to introduce visitors to the complex, and an abundant open spaces. The project is envisioned to include offices, conference spaces, retail, restaurants, structured parking, public spaces/parks, and other amenities.
stok is working alongside the Owner, Architect of Record and other design/construction team members to determine the project’s sustainability and performance goals, understand the current status and resources, and implement design strategies that help the project achieve those goals. In particular, stok is providing sustainable design, construction, and operations guidance, including LEED Certification, financial analysis, building performance analysis, code compliance, and quality assurance services. stok’s comprehensive work plan was designed to tackle a multitude of challenges that come with a project of this size and complexity.
