NARRATIVE

Cleveland Elementary is a diverse and high-performing school located in the Oakland Unified School District (OUSD). This historic building was built in 1977. With roughly 400 students serving K-5th grade, Cleveland Elementary has become a staple in the Cleveland Heights Neighborhood.

In collaboration with PG&E ZNE Schools Pilot Program and CA Prop 39 funding, Cleveland elementary is currently attempting to qualify for funding assistance to retrofit their building to provide energy efficient and engaging spaces for their students. We are working with PGE and contractors to ensure funding is received and the school is positively impacted.
