Love Life. It’s a simple command. We are certainly not shy about the word love. We bring ‘love’ to our work and to the life we are cultivating together. Life is simply just too short – you’ve heard that before. We agree and that’s why stok will never be living someone else’s dream.
“Evolution is supposed to be a ruthless process that forces animals to survive at all costs, so why did an appreciation for beauty evolve?”
– Melissa Hogenboom, BBC
This question is puzzling, and leads us to think we don’t know as much as we think we do about the natural world…In fact, it would be incredibly naïve of us to appreciate nature that much and not invite it to work. Meaning, how could we dedicate our lives to our pets and them to us, but lose that spiritual connection to each other for the majority of our waking hours?
The question of being without our furry friends at work wasn’t even in fact a question, it was simply a necessity for life at stok.
