Acquisition Of The VoicePro Distributorship

We have been selling the VoicePro for almost 10 years to fill the needs of our customers who have small businesses and home offices.

Now we have acquired the distributorship from American Business Communication for the new imported VoicePro that is manufactured by TCL Communication.

Since we are now the USA distributor for the new updated VoicePro phone systems, we can offer direct maintenance and support of your VoicePro, including repair of older versions manufactured by Voice Logic.

Those of you who have purchased the Voice Pro from us in the past know that we wrote the manual that made the new TCL units easier to program and easier to install. The manual written by Voice Logic was always misunderstood and required an addendum sheet to read along with it. We changed all that with the style of writing that leads one through the installation process like a teacher sitting by your side. Now our manual is included with all the VoicePro units we sell.

There are a number of old posts and blogs on the Internet referring to the old Voice Logic version of the Voice Pro. This company went out of business years ago. The VoicePro manufacturing has more recently been taken over by TCL Communications.

Now that we are the USA distributor, we provide the new and improved TCL units, which do not have the issues the old Voice Logic version had. The VP412 providing 4 lines and 12 extensions has the TCL logo on the case. The VP206 with support of 2 lines and 6 extensions uses the Voice Logic plastic cases although they are updated units.

Since we have acquired the distributorship for importing the new VoicePro manufactured by TCL we can now extend our warranty to a full year. This applies retroactively to all customers who already purchased the VoicePro from us as well as new customers.
