You don't need to buy any equipment to use One Call Now because it is a hosted service. That is especially useful for making a high volume of calls since you don't need to worry about getting additional phone lines.

Refractive Dialer

Refractive Dialer is a hosted service that lets a single telemarketer make the same number of calls as 30 people. It's a cost-effective solution for the small-business telemarketer who wants to stay in touch with their prospective and current customers.

Voice Shot®

Voice Shot® is a web-based service. They can deliver recorded messages to a list of phone numbers that are interactive. That is, you can make it interact by asking questions that the recipient can answer via touch tone entries. Voice Shot can also send text messages to groups, known as "Group Texting."

They include a large array of services including a hosted Automated PBX that you can instantly set up via their web site.

Call Center Software World

Call Center Software World provides a full array of software for businesses of any size that need to streamline the way their agents interact with customers on the phone. In regards to the focus of this review, they have Predictive Dialers that can be configured to your specifications for making outbound calls.

A Predictive Dialer saves your agents the time it takes to dial the phone for each succeeding telemarketing call. This is because it predicts the timing necessary to make the next call automatically and have it ready for your agent just when they are completing the prior call. It dials automatically and then connects to one of your agents when a live person answers the phone.

VoiceBlaze

Do-Not-Call Registry

It is important to understand that there are new updated laws dealing with automated dialing. You may need to register with the government's Do-Not-Call Registry. When you register, you will receive an Organization ID number that you will need when you set up a new calling campaign.
